Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders. Import duties and taxes are paid by us, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery time

Items sent from our US warehouse partners arrive in about a week. Other items take 1 to 3 weeks from dispatch. The delivery time for each product is shown on its page. We email you a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. Items in the same order may arrive in separate parcels.

Delivery issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged or missing, email us within 7 days with your order number and photos and we will put it right. If tracking has not updated for 10 days, contact us and we will investigate.
