Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something is not right, contact us and we will help.

Returns

You may return an item within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Contact us before sending anything back so we can give you the return address and instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

Damaged or faulty items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If it is damaged or faulty, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, at no cost to you.

Used items

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of items that have been used by a pet, such as beds, litter products, bowls and grooming tools, unless they are faulty. Colours can look slightly different on screen.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect a return, we refund the original payment method within 10 business days.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. After that the order may already have been dispatched and is handled under the returns terms above.
